Bryce Hill (Director)
Bryce started work on the factory ﬂoor in the mid-1970s. He left the family fold to run his own business overseas before returning to manage the company with his brother before taking the helm in the 90’s. With a comprehensive background in manufacturing and production Bryce has been leading the company for over 20 years.
James Sclater (Director)
James is a qualiﬁed Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and the Institute of Directors. He is a professional director and trustee acting for a number of private companies and investment trusts including Hellaby Holdings Ltd. Prior to 2009 James was also chairman of Grant Thornton Auckland.
Jeff Matthews (General Manager & Shareholder)
Prior to joining STM Group 15 years ago, Jeff was the National Sales Manager for Hasbro Toys providing him with over 40 years of sales and marketing experience in corporate and private companies.Jeff’s key focus is about lean manufacturing and sourcing. This beneﬁts both STM Group and our customers with quality products and services at an affordable price. Jeff has a keen eye for fresh opportunities and new enterprises.
Kevin Adair (National Sales Manager & Shareholder)
Kev has been with STM Group since 2002. One of his personal philosophies is playing ‘the long game’. He believes in developing great long term relationships giving STM the reputation for being great (not just good) to deal with. Although often mocked for his spreadsheets, Kev is adamant that work needs to be enjoyed and makes sure the STM team lives to the same rules.
